laine quillian | instructor

My name is Laine Quillian and I am from Charlottesville, Virginia. In the fall and spring, I play soccer for either a club or school team. I recently started running indoor track in the winter which has been a lot of fun. Also, I love to ski, hike, be outdoors, and work with little kids. I am very excited to work at SWIM S'COOL because I am looking for a summer job that will teach me skills I can use in the future and give me a great working experience, which I believe is just what working for SWIM S'COOL will do. Additionally, SWIM S'COOL takes part in drowning prevention movements; I think it is extremely important that kids know how to swim to prevent this risk, which is why I would love to be a part of spreading awareness.

Mackenzie Scheel

I'm super excited to work at SWIM S'COOL because its always enjoyable to be around kids. Teaching little one's how to swim is important and a skill everyone should be able to accomplish. Having this job will also teach me responsibility and will be an amazing experience. During my free time I love playing sports like soccer, basketball, and I also like to swim. I was born in Falls Church, Virginia and moved to Charlottesville around 5 years old. One fun fact about me is I have a twin brother named Dylan.
